Daryn is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), A Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a licensed Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and holds the designation of Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) through the Canadian Securities Institute and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Designation through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Daryn has been providing business valuations and related advisory services since 2003. In addition to providing business valuations, Daryn has appraised a wide variety of commercial real estate for financial institutions, the legal community, municipalities, real estate developers and property owners and holds the AACI designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Daryn's diverse professional background and extensive professional qualifications make him a valuable resource to the clients he serves.
Daryn is on the board of the Edmonton Association of Collaborative Family Professional and has undertaken training through the Legal Education Society of Alberta to assist Collaborative Lawyers and their clients with the financial aspects of family law. Daryn has prepared expert reports for arbitration hearings and matters heard before the Court of Queen's Bench and has served as a marker for the CBV Institute Membership Qualifying Exam .

Dale Yachimec, B.Sc. (Engineering), MBA, AACI
Dale has been an integral to the growth of CHJA since 2018. Dale has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electrical Engineering) and a Masters of Business Degree (MBA) from the University of Alberta and holds the AACI designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Dale has been appraising commercial properties since 2006 and has completed over 1,000 commercial appraisals over his career. With his unique background in software engineering, business and appraisal, Dale has developed industry leading research and report writing tools. Dale's appraisal reports have been relied on by organizations which include the Government of Alberta, the Government of Canada, leading Canadian Banks, Ducks Unlimited and Kinder Morgan. Since 2018 Dale has completed appraisals of large tracts of farmland province wide, retail strip malls, gas stations, dairy farming operations, industrial properties, RV Parks, development lands and apartment complexes. In addition, Dale has defended appraisal reports as an expert witness in court and through recorded cross examination interviews. |
