- Provided a calculation of income in accordance with the Federal Child Support Guidelines and a rebuttal report submitted as an expert report in a matter heard before the Court of Queen's Bench.
- Prepared an appraisal of a 500 unit college residence to assist with arbitration proceedings.
- Provided a technical review and quantification of loss report pertaining to the unauthorized removal of thousands of trees from a property that was used in litigation
- Provided numerous valuations of partial share interests in a leading technology company to determine the value of the shares owned by exiting employee shareholders.
- Provided numerous valuations to assist with corporate reorganizations.
- Prepared a review and limited critique report of a valuation prepared pursuant to a unanimous shareholder's agreement. Subsequent to the submission of the limited critique report the Company increased its offer by over 25% to the exiting shareholder.
